Do you know what more 'info' is? Did you ask that guy what info he needs? I renewed my PA license for 3 times. I had no problem. Just show whatever documents listed on website for people on visa or EAD.

I asked IV core on what version of immigration bill they support because I and other people wanted to know since there are so many amendments to the current immigration bill and Now I log in to see , the thread is missing, why, my question was straight forward, again I am asking them on what form of immigration bill they support. I highly doubt In what they are doing looks like they are working for the benefit of them self. Guys please don’t be ignorant and its your right to ask the question don’t be a dumb crowd but ask questions.
I am too in the same GC queue with I140 and I485 filed and pending, so don’t count me as anti – immigrant but also want to see the betterment of others too who are in GC process and will be effected due to the introduction of the new bill.

You are right ... the core team is possibly working for their own benefits (and that also within closed doors). Just remeber the core group (only 10/12 people) are not the only persons affected by backlog and retrogression. So even if they work for their own benefits, that will indirectly benefit people like you and me. Instead of screwing the core group, why don't you ask them how you may offer your service to IV.

I think even if the EB2 I-140 is already approved, you still could port the PD, but most important thing is you need your EB3 I-140 approved for porting the PD. Please talk to a good lawyer.
Might be an issue as the EB2 I-140 is already approved. Talk to a good lawyer and see what is the best course of action.
Although it is late now, you should have withdrawn the original LC and refiled in PERM with same PD. That way you would have maintained the original priority date for EB2. Your lawyer must have told you that when you refiled your LC.

You will need to file an immigrant petition (Form I-130) for your child and wait for its approval. Your child will have to wait overseas until his/her priority is current. Thereafter, there will be some form of consular processing and the child will obtain an immigrant visa. Thereafter you can bring your child to the USA. It is a long process......

But in my case, the kid is 2 years AND also not sure what is the procedure now. Is it still true by default the kids automatically gets the green card at port of entry (Is there any age limit I hope may be till < 13 yrs) if parents posses valid green card. Please help me in this situation.

You are fine my friend if you applied in EB3. In EB3 you can apply as skilled worker or professional, if you applied as skilled worker you will get the approval for sure. If you applied as professional you may need to get education evaluation done, ofcourse you can combine your degrees to make equivalent to US bachelors as your labor allows it.
If your application is in texas, they will not reject based on education for sure( i don't know about your company financial status) they are very liberal. If your application is in Nebraska they may send RFE for education evaulation (if you didnt submit it with your application).
On the whole don't worry about education column as your labor gives the flexibity of combining the degrees, you will get approval for sure if your company financial status is good.

When I voted, It looked like to me that poll is started by IV, but not.
Though I like the idea of Quickness of a separate bill .. I appreciate how many steps / time / lobbying that would be required for such a step , after having followed the Forum for a long time.
I think , my self , I am not very sticky to such an idea.

I heard that if the labor is approved and h1b is about to expire, I can apply I-140 under premium processing due to a recent rule change>>>

=> Apply for GC and also apply for F1 (check with lawyer the details).....Keep working with company until H1 expires, then jump into F1 status. Go on an extended vacation from work, maybe without pay. As soon as 140 gets approved apply for 3 year h1 (check details with lawyer), then jump back with company and continue on your new H1 and GC process....who knows you might change your mind about US in a couple of years, after earning all the $$$ and the GC might help you stay for ever...:-)
